It is absolutely shocking to me that this office is rated 1.7!!! That is rarely seen in ANY business . I’ve either been incredibly lucky or there’s some Anomaly I’m missing because I’ve had nothing but very positive experiences here. Everyone from the front desk staff all the way up to the top, everyone I have encountered has been extremely caring , kind, and attentive . I have experienced NONE of the issues mentioned in the negative comments here . So it’s perplexing to say the least!

I have a medical history at this clinic for several years and have gone there for different medical things. I have high blood pressure and I have not been prescribed blood pressure pills there since appointments take a long time and a patient with high blood pressure does not stop taking his medication daily and for this reason I have had to resort to other means to get it. . . Today I called to make an appointment for medication and the man who answered named Felipe confused the things that one is requesting, I only made an appointment to take my blood pressure and prescribe me medication and this man started to say that he couldn't give me the medicine today for my blood pressure, and also that I had never been prescribed blood pressure medication either and it started to confuse things... when I was just scheduling an appointment for that case. These types of people who do not listen well to what is being asked bother any patient.

I am so glad that I found this urgent care / it is a very clean atmosphere and very professional, I was seen right away and they made me and my family feel safe and comfortable. I like the urgency of the provider that took care of me and he was very informative about my health. Thank you so much and I would recommend this facility to all of my family and friends.
