As soon as I took the radiator out of the box it was clearly manufactured incorrectly. It's a trapezoid instead of a square/rectangle. Completely useless! I couldn't Mount it in the car if I wanted to. I don't know how that got through?

Once you receive your product the customer service is non existent. I purchased a radiator that was specified for my vehicle. It does not fit the vehicle that Champion Cooling specified. I’ve attempted to call to exchange the product with no answer. I’ve emailed their customer service email, with no reply. I’ve filled out two return request on their website, with no reply. Do not trust this company with your purchase, if there is any issue with it whatsoever you will never be able to get a hold of them again.

Purchased a radiator for a mid 90s k1500 right after Christmas. Radiator is now leaking from both tanks. It has been in the vehicle for approximately 70 days, so just past the 60 days. Called Champion direct, the individual told me he couldn't help and I needed to go through the dealer. I have been waiting for the dealer to get back to me for about a week.

Additionally, this radiator never fit quite right. The thickness of the flange around the tanks is too small. So, it doesn't fit in the radiator isolators properly.
