This is my second time coming to this location and both times they are professional and communicative. I got an oil change and a tire change since it was flat and unable to be patched. I went around 1pm and the car was ready at 4:30pm. They were busy that day but nonetheless were able to get me my car back same day. Their turnover time was great. Liz who helped me was extremely nice. I'd recommend this Big Brand Tire location to everyone.
This is my second time here. The first time they helped me with a blowout. They spent time on the phone helping me figure out exactly what I needed to take the tire off to save me from having to do a tow. Then they helped me find a cheaper version of my tire (Audi dealerships always seem to find a more expensive one). This time around I had a nail in the back. It wasn't even one of their tires. They were friendly, honest about how long it was going to take, and such a cheap price. I basically told them I would buy a new tire if necessary, and instead they found a way to repair it. Love this place!
We have been taking our vehicles here for 7 years and Liz is the most amazing manager!!!! She goes above and beyond to help everyone!! She offered me a ride home while our vehicles are there and knows her stuff!! I highly recommend going here!! Anyone that says different as far as waiting time?!!! Things change and sometimes we run into more problems with our vehicles but she has always offered to take me home if the wait is too long! So those that have given a bad review for wait time it's not her fault and the staff!! You're just not a patient person!! Crap happens l!! This world would be a much better place if we understood why!!!!!!!!!!
