My first visit and it was a great experience. Front desk had all my info I filled out online so all I needed to do is sign a consent form. Got called in at my appointment time, staff was professional and friendly. Had a severe arthritis problem, got a shot and was feeling much better within 30 minutes, prescription meds also keeping me stable after the shot worn off. Very glad I made the decision to seek care from Accelerated Urgent Care.

Other than having to put a credit card on file (It's always about the money and the only way they would see me) which I don't appreciate, since I have insurance, and should have the ability to pay cash if I desire, I was taken good care of this time. The gal assisting the Dr. gave me an injection, which I usually dread, for an ongoing issue, and I didn't feel a thing. Both she and the Dr. were very pleasant compared to my past visit. They took their time and took very good care of me.

I didn't need immediate attention so I made an appointment for the next afternoon. I filled out the few required forms online to speed things up. Was only there for an hour and left with a prescription for easing inflammation and knowing it wasn't broken.
