Even after having moved to Twin Peaks from the Fontana area last December, my wife and I kept driving down the hill to go to our previous dentist. It’s not easy to find a new dentist right away when you moved to a new area. But we really scored with arrowhead dental arts. Katherine at Herzog Aesthetics is a miracle worker! I drive from Phoenix to Lake Arrowhead because I trust her completely. In the last two years I’ve used her for Botox, RF, filler and IPL and all have turned out beautifully. I get compliments on my skin and I always remember Katherine!
He is the best optometrist I ever had for my child and myself. My child saw him for 10 years until our insurance changed and now I’ve had the hardest time finding a good optometrist, so miss this place! He always had such a great attitude and the staff is so nice and professional here. They would always work with me and were so helpful. They always have a great selection of eye wear. Truly a little gem up here in the mountains. Everyone is so wonderful here and the services and options are just as wonderful as them. Thank you!

Lake Arrowhead Pilates is a great place to work out! The staff is friendly, they have a variety of classes and times, and the facility is clean and bright. I love it!
I just visited spa of the pines for my first ever massage and it was a mother to be massage. My masseuse, Laurie, was amazing, kind, and so easy to talk to. She worked through all of my points of tension and listened when I explained that my job has given me what will turn into carpal tunnel, she immediately started working my arms and wrists and got out bad knots. I feel so much better after my massage!

We wanted to match existing flooring and we're having trouble finding it. Arrowhead Floor and Window not only found the exact flooring but installed it seamlessly throughout the house. Beautiful job and done quickly! I highly recommend them!
Great salon! Love my haircut! The owner, Christine, was able to accommodate me the following day for a trim and deep condition, even though busy but made it work. She was great. Everyone there, including the regulars, were so friendly and fun. Very nice place and it had small outdoor deck area where I sat waiting out my deep condition with hair cap, which was relaxing. Will definitely be back for my haircuts and will check out other services, too.
This is a group led by an extremely caring nurse with a lot of experience in health care issues, including those following major surgery. Even the folks who answer the phone at Lake Arrowhead Home Health Care are friendly and caring and go the extra mile. This team should be treasured in a mountain community where expert resources can be hard to find! Lisa has my undying gratitude for her help during a difficult time post-surgery.
The doctors have always been kind and caring and Dr. Coleman saved my cat’s life when two emergency hospitals couldn’t diagnose her problem. Dr. Malone has been treating my cat with multiple health issues and is keeping her conditions in check.
