“Katie is awesome and is the perfect person to wax anyone who is anxious or worried about something hurting. I've been getting waxed on and off for several years and there is always that little bit of anxiety that sets in when you walk in the door and basically strip - even with someone you go to regularly. I didn't have that here, Katie is super easy to talk to and almost like that friend you've had for years but only see every once in awhile. This is also the fist time I didn't have that yanky sting of having hair ripped out of your skin. It was pain free for me, honestly there wasn't much discomfort either - which was surprising because it's been about 2 years since the last time I've seen anyone. She also is very informative and tells you about after care and any skin issues that could happen and what to do to avoid them. I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment, so thank you Katie for being so great!“

“It's been a long time since I've gotten waxed and recently decided I'm going to go consistently again. April was super clean, kind and made me feel comfortable. She was on time and ready to go. I got the Brazilian and love the way it looks, no red bumps so far. Love that she gave out samples of some skin care and that she's educated and knowledgeable about how to properly take care of your skin, even down there, for the best results. She used hard wax. While not painless she applies pressure on the more painful parts after she pulls the wax, but that could just be me and my pain tolerance. There also wasn't any strays or broken hairs which I've had after other waxers, nice and smooth looking. Looking forward to using her again.“
