Introduction, Staff very knowledgeable on services and what was needed for application.
Application, process very smooth, sent information via email and they handled it quickly.
Assessment, as this was our first dog and were not sure how he would react given his shelter experience, the staff reassured us. They introduced him gradually and he was very comfortable with the other dogs for several hours. We were able to watch him acclimate over their web cameras in real time.
Going forward, Smart Parke will be our go to location for daycare and overnights for our dog.
I don’t understand why there’s a charge for supplying Remy’s food from home. They didn’t return my 2 plastic bottles that contained his broth. It seems Remy always has a bout of diarrhea when he returns home after his stay. Maybe it’s just a change of environment, I’m not sure.
My assistant of 10 years has retired and moved out of state. He was the main caretaker of my dog when I travel extensively for business. My wife and I are so grateful to have Smart Park services available to us. Your staff has been outstanding, caring and very attentive to our dog, Cali whom we love very much.
