“This is the highest level of Licensed day-care offered to our Seniors in all of South Orange County. Owned and operated by Alzheimer's OC.“
“Getting older is a fact of life! Especially regarding where and what to do with your elderly parents. If you are reading this and are over age 40 something , then this is probably geared more towards you . The cognitive challenges that come with dementia & Alzheimer's is not easy to cope with. Rest assured this team helped out and balanced the scale. I hired Senior Helpers to take care of my Dad . It started with one day a week , then two but then quickly it became necessary for full time home care. Sometimes even 24/7 . The caregivers on this team are all very considerate and genuine caring people as are owners Sandy & Hector. Thanks again. The in home care covers a myriad of real life things. The reality is that Senior Helpers of Irvine are caregivers with experience who known the clients well and are the very reason they attend to old people with assisted daily living needs ! Thanks so much for helping and Keeping the faith .“
“My mom came home from the hospital on hospice care in May and we knew we needed addition help. We opted to sign up for 24-hour care for my mom. We had care for 4 days before her passing. Her daytime caregiver was Fe. We absolutely adored her. She provided such wonderful and compassionate care for my mom but also support for our family. Our nighttime nurses did change a bit but everyone again was great. They took care of her during the evening and allowed us to get some sleep. The team was quick to respond and ensure care was available as soon as we got home from the hospital. I am very appreciate of Care Partners at Home!“
“I would highly recommend this agency! I had no idea how to navigate the world of home care aide/assistance for my elderly mother am so thankful that I contacted Home 2 Home Care. Not only is this agency caring and incredibly resourceful, you have a team that values integrity and compassion, along with exemplary service. I am very happy with their services and so is my mom.“
“Andrew was extremely cordial and helpful. The caregiver from FirstLight of Mission Viejo helped my wife very much. She was kind, considerate and went out of her way to help. I recommend FirstLight to any family in need of home care.“
“This review is for Samantha/Sam at APEX. Sam was so patient with my family's desires to find a good home for my mom. While I am the only contact and have no other help from family, all while I have a demanding full time job on top of my own personal life, Sam was very understanding of this situation and drove the entire process for me and made it smooth as possible. Thank you Sam!“
“We have had services from Jim and his staff for the last 2 years and we are very happy with them. We have always got the help when needed, the staff are friendly and accommodative. Jim really goes out of his way to make sure you get the services you need. Its been a pleasure working with them.“
“I went to a workshop that Janice did and it was so worth the time and money!!! It totally changed mealtime with our daughter! She was such a picky eater I had my reservations on some of the suggestions that she gave us....but I have to say all of her ideas really worked for us. Thank you Janice!!!“
“I just recently had surgery and used CareMinder's services for post-surgery care. The staff was friendly and easy to work with and were all very accommodating to my needs. I met with their nurse administrator, Patricia, prior to my surgery date and she outlined the entire process for me and introduced me to my caregiver. My caregiver drove me to and from the surgery center and stayed with me for a 24 hour period post surgery. I was very pleased with CareMinder's services as well as their staff and will recommend them to any of my family or friends who need home care in the future.“
“American All care goes the extra mile for their clients. You know they'll treat you right!“
“This review is for home health care Caseworkers, Carmen and Brian. My dad had knee surgery and it has been a roller coaster since then. First, I was told by his surgeons office my dad was supposed to get a nurse visit along with PT. I spoke with Brian at Green Meadows. He listened to me and my Concerns. He helped me in trying to Look for the authorization as to why the surgeons office has it, but Green Meadows doesn't. With him I felt I was being heard. Two days later after going back-and-forth I spoke with someone else when I requested to speak to a manager at the surgeons office. I was then told that there was never an authorization for the nurse visit even though someone else told me there was. The office gave me the wrong information which I proceeded to let this person know of the Mess and stress this has caused for the past two days. I then called Brian to let him know what has happened. He was very kind and understood. I thanked him for all his help. Second incident, The same week. After taking my mom to her doctors appointment while I was out to dinner I get a frantic call from my stepmom. She then informed me that the PT that was supposed to come that day (which would have been the 2nd visit) will not be coming due to the authorization for PT being canceled. Not knowing why I call Brian. I explain the situation and then I spoke with Carmen. She informed me that she's aware of the issue. she is looking into it and she will help us. This happened on a Friday evening. Monday came. I took my dad to the doctors. Guess what the doctor said oh he doesn't need at home PT anymore. Needless to say my family and I were very frustrated. I want to point out that not once from any of the interactions that I had with Brian or Carmen did I feel like they did not care. It's stuck in my mind with Carmen said no I won't leave him hanging like this. I am very grateful and appreciative for their help. As well as their understanding and taking the initiative. I will always be grateful to both of them. Thank you Brian and Carmen from the bottom of my heart“
“I can't say enough about the caregiver, Roman, we worked with through this agency. He went above and beyond to care for my dad, anticipate needs, and help us through this process. When my dad came home from the hospital, we recognized that we would need around the clock help. Caregivers came and went, many were unreliable, didn't seem to know how to clean or change a bedbound person, or just didn't care very much. When Roman came to care for my dad, it was the first time I could relax in months. One of the problems my dad has was new paralysis to his lower legs. My dad felt trapped in his body and would frequently ask for his legs to be moved. It was so tiring, but Roman would move his legs, reposition him, and never seemed to get tired of trying to make my dad comfortable. He talked to my dad with gentleness and respect, and was on time every day. We could count on him, and in this insanely difficult situation, that's what a family needs. We will miss Roman! He is an absolute gem of a human.“
“I can't say enough about this company. My dad has been in and out of the hospitals for the past 8 months and after his initial discharge, we were assigned to a care provider based in L.A. by the care facility. They were always either late or miss the appointments and my Dad situation got worse under their care to a point that had to go back to the hospital. By chance and through a 3rd party, I was referred to this company. After switching to Unified Care, I could not believe the difference between the service they offered compared to the previous one. From day one, one of their Nurses, (Mrs. Manijeh) rightfully diagnosed (later verified by the doctor) that a back wound he had been treated for, was the wrong diagnosis for that wound. It took one visit from her versus 4 months under care of the other company's nurse. After that, the other nurses, Mrs. Mehry and specially Mrs. Mahin who has been attending to his post-surgery wound vacuum and is getting better every day. She even came on the Memorial day holiday, because she did not want to miss his routine change of his wound. This company and their staff are like angels That I needed to help me with my Dad's situation. I should also mention the administrator person, Mrs. Shohreh; who is always great and pleasant and arranges all the appointments without any hassle. Something I never experienced with the other company. If you are looking for a professional and reliable Home health services, don't waste your time by going anywhere else. This comes from my painful and long experience with other company.“
“I can't say enough about how amazing this company is. My 92 year old Grandmother recently passed at her home in Newport Beach after being in hospice there for a week. The Care to Stay Home caregivers were nothing short of incredible on so many different levels. They not only helped with the daily tasks that come along when caring for elderly who have little no to use of their extremities, they were so kind and patient with my mother, aunt and uncles (who are known for asking millions of questions) and it allowed all of us to really spend quality time with her before she passed. I HIGHLY recommend seeking their services for any of your needs. Thank you again to Parker and staff!“
“ComForCare has been a blessing for our family. We used Brian's service when my Dad was ill and recently used them again for Mom. Brian's staff of care givers are very professional, compassionate and create lovely relationships with their client. In both of our situations, Brian was quick to respond to our needs and worked to provide us with the needed support. I have recommended ComForCare to my friends and will continue to without any hesitations.“
