As someone who’s a complete novice at makeup and my first time at this Ulta location, Nicole (black hair with tattoos) she made me feel super comfortable & confident about myself! She helped me with so many product recommendations! I loved her vibe and enthusiasm! I love her and I hope to work with her again the next time I visit
I shopped at Ulta (Alicia Pkwy, Laguna Niguel ) on Dec 4, 2023 afternoon 3 pm. The two outstanding employees are Grace and Dora. Both are super helpful, professional, kind and very knowledgeable. My shopping was very pleasant because of this two wonderful employees. Thank you so much.
I will always come to this location rather than the one closer to me. That’s saying a lot considering gas prices right now. The store is clean, organized, and the staff is friendly and professional.
