I had used this company for over 20 years and was very disappointed in the way they treated us on the last visit. I called and scheduled our cleaning. They made a quote and could not do it right away. I called several weeks later the day before they were to come out and asked what the charge would be since I could not remember and they said it would be $350. I made out a check. When the worker said this is wrong and called they said it would be $375. They also told the worker that I have done this before so he relayed this to me. We are so pleased with our clean windows! We have used Total Perfection for years & have never been disappointed. Next week we are trying their carpet cleaning. Excellent family owned company!

Due for window cleaning earlier today, Nov. 20th. Both phone numbers are no longer in service. They have been cleaning our windows for many years, but this is concerning. Did they go out of business, leave town, etc.?? Hope they are well.Nov. 22....thankfully, Troy phoned a few minutes after this posting to say he was "on his way". He was unaware of the telephone problem and found it was due to a service performed by their provider. They were "up and running" in a few hours. As usual, the work they did was truly "total perfection". I recommend them highly.
