I've had a great experience working with Jack at The Tax Experts Group, he went above and beyond helping me with my state and federal taxes. Jack resolved the issue with the State of California within 24hrs. The Tax Experts Group filed state/Federal taxes for the last several years, and their accounting skills and knowledge of the IRS is unmatched!
