I appreciate the appointment reminders they've recently implemented, to remind me it's been a while since my last appointment.

Most of all, I love Sandra! She is the sweetest, most genuine aesthetician I have found. I appreciate that she listens when answering questions, and tailors my facials to what my current skin needs are. I didn't know how many short cuts some of the previous aesthetician I've seen were taking, until I started going to her, and I really appreciate her reporting my concerns to the other locations, to insure it doesn't happen to another client.“
