We have had our pool for nearly 5 years. I couldn't be happier with not only the outcome, but also the personal attention we received during construction. We didn't just put in a pool, we had Silver Springs do our entire backyard! They put in drainage, concrete and our pavers! Sorry Rich for not poting this sooner!

Top notch pool & spa contractor! We had the best experience with Rich P. and his crew. After having 3+ estimates, we are thrilled with our decision to hire Silver Springs Pools & Spa. We had our pool completely demolished and rebuilt and could not be more pleased with the results. Rich delivered as promised and the work was done in the time frame expected. Most impressive part was how clean and tidy our yard was after every days work. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I had Rich and Silver Springs Pools and Spas right after the first of the year. It was a big job. We demoed the entire property front and back. We added new concrete throughout the property. Pavers up front and in back. Added a brand new pool with rock work and a water slide. New landscape. New lighting. Everything you can think of. We started right after the holidays. There was a tremendous amount of rain to contend with. From the moment the job started it was unbelievable to watch. An assembly crew from the demo guys, to electrical, to plumbing, to rock specialists, masonry, landscape.....1. 2. 3. Virtually no downtime. Biggest job I have and will ever undertake in my lifetime. Over $300K when it was all said and done. Rich worked relentlessly at 8:00 in the morning and sometimes at 11:00 at night. He was responsive. Professional. Kind. Patient. Answered all my questions. Fair. Honorable. And much more. Frankly, in all the different tradesmen that have come through my house over the last five years since I bought the fixer upper Rich and the people he surrounds himself with are unlike anything I have ever seen. Frankly, from start to finish this massive job was completed in less than three months. I have already referred several friends to him including my brother who he is redoing his backyard for now as I write this review. I have learned in business that you can't please 100% of the people 100% of the time. I too, was slightly taken back by one of the reviews Dr. Craig posted here and I even challenged Rich on it. Please disregard. Don't know the backstory and Honestly don't care. What Rich and his wife Stacey were able to get done for me and my family was truly incredible. Rich is one of the kindest men I have ever met. We are friends today after this experience. You can call me anytime and ask any questions. Rich will be a friend for life and my family will be forever grateful for what he and Stacey did for us. You DO NOT need to interview any other contractor when it comes to pools or spas or any masonry work. Rich is truly the best. Hands down. Look at what he did for my family!!! This was all Rich. His vision. His hard work. His dedication to my family. We never had one single hiccup with the city over five inspections. Well done Rich and Stacey.
