Booking an appointment was so easy Checking in was so easy Payments where so easy The staff courtesy not just to me but to the three other patients and parents that I witnessed was so high. They were polite, easy to work with, easy to transact with, just overall simple, quick, straightforward, and genuinely warm and welcoming. They have everything nicely decorated for Easter and have a tremendous amount of education and information for the patients to benefit from. The place looks clean smells good feels open and happy. The other animals that came out all seemed really happy- and I was initially greeted by a welcome sign that had my little fur baby's name written on it it was so heartwarming and awesome! Doctor Marron came out to talk to me and update me on everything with my pet and she was so polite, easy to talk to, well mannered, and highly informed. The receptionist, Morgan, was the most amazing listener I've met in her age group in more than 20 years. Thank you doctor Marron and staff!
I have brought my puppy there three times. Third time my puppy was getting her flu vaccine. Daisy is 8 months old. The staff suggested Daisy get. Proheart 6 injection and I asked what it is of the front office staff. I was not given an informed consent explaining the risks. After taking Daisy home we left her to go shopping not knowing she was to be monitored for severe side effects. We came home to her having had vomited and having diarrhea. She was very fatigued. When reading about Proheart 6 there have been many cases of severe reactions and even death. Also it is not recommended to be given with another vaccine. Daisy recovered the next day. I emailed the clinic and no response. Daisy is going back for her 2nd flu shot and I will discuss with vet then. The way they work is that the vet doesn't come talk to you, instead, they call you. Questionable and poor quality practices. Don't get Proheart 6 or 12 injections. Read up on them.
Just learned they are now only open 3 days a week?! So do they recommend we take our pets to emergency just because they aren't open most days. Odd business model. This place was a lot better before they were bought out by Banfield. Sterile and nothing appealing to keep coming back.
