This place is a gem! I have state insurance so don't always land the most efficient providers, but they definitely didn't do me wrong here. I met with Paula Hoyas today regarding my sudden onset acne at age 36 and my visit was insanely good! I was in the waiting room for all of 30 seconds, met with a lovely MA (Sherie, I think!), and Paula was in a few minutes later. We discussed my acne or whatever it is, dove into the root cause and potential underlying conditions - she even reviewed my previous bloodwork from a different provider and ordered further bw - as well as giving an extremely thorough lecture on how acne is formed and how to handle it. She provided an efficient plan of attack and hella samples! She is also insanely personable which is huge for me. I must also say that her product knowledge is excellent. I had oral surgery last week and was having a very painful time speaking and they were super accommodating and compassionate about that, as well. The only problem I have is that I did have to wait a few weeks to get in, and then had an emergency and needed to reschedule and couldn't get in for two more weeks. Whatever. They clearly have a wait for a reason. Front desk blonde girl is also super sweet and professional.
