This is a program that really works. Twice a week for 20 minutes. Slow motion strength training continues to build bone and muscle. You keep getting stronger and stronger. We need that for our bones. “By far my favorite gym I have ever been to. I had never tried Crossfit before and head coach Connor was incredible at teaching me and informing me on proper technique for the movements used in class. The gym is very welcoming and the sauna and cold plunge amenities outside are incredible. The classes are very well taught by every coach and the programming for the workouts is outstanding. There is a strong sense of community at this gym and the owner, coach Gizzi, is super nice and does a great job at creating this fun and supportive community.
