Very happy with care and outcome. Seen for hip issues and Stacy was skilled, supportive and positive. Good understanding of arthritis dx. Never had to wait for PT or for ice and TENS unit which was set up by very polite and kind assistants. Easy off the freeway and parking never a problem. Will return if I ever need additional care.

I would like to begin by saying, I've had my right rotator cuff repaired and my left bicep tendon repaired prior, so I'm no stranger to physical therapy. Anyone who has had a rotator cuff repair clearly understands the pain and length of recovery required. With that said, I had my left shoulder done recently including a full tear of the surpaspinatus, a complex partial tear of my subscapularis and required a tenodesis all if which required the insertion of 5 anchors drilled into my shoulder and a debridement of my labrum as well as removal of a bone spur. Not a surgery I ever wish upon anyone. So now here I am 15 weeks later and finally feeling like life will be normal again. There's no way in hell I am at this point without the care given by my physical therapist Mrs. Jennifer Chen. You know how some people just get it? They have a feel for what they're doing? There's something only a talented touch can feel and know how far to push for the best positive results when your stretching those ligaments. Ms. Chen has that innate ability and has been my hero for her encouragement, her firm demand for hard work and her ready smile at the end of the session. I go home beat up after she finishes and Tina (who is just so caring) finishes icing your inflammation away with a little TENS to optimize it's work. (Thank you Tina, your care has always been so nice after a tough therapy session) But the results have been spectacular and my range of motion may come all the way back because of her work with me. I don't know how else to say thank you to a professional like her than to share my gratitude in this review. Thank you Jennifer and also to Tina and Cindy who has juggled my difficult work schedule to keep me moving forward.

I have been going to MHPR for about a month or so. Emma and Erinee are amazing. They are both caring and competent therapists who have provided consistent support to the long process of dealing with difficult back issues. This was recommended by my Orthopedic and glad he did!
