Expect to be treated like a number, not a person. I established care with Mission Heritage in 2022 and met with my new provider to review my medical history and current RXs. She left the practice in 2023 so I met with a new doctor to establish care and had the same conversation about history and current RXs. He left the practice 3 months later and when I called for a refill on a much needed RX I was told I had to establish care with yet ANOTHER new doctor and that my RX would not be filled. Their next appointment would be in several weeks - I simply could not wait this long for an approved medication to be filled.This is not patient care. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor’s office and that is saying a lot. The incompetence is mind blowing. I brought my daughter in for a visit over two months ago because of her lack of physical growth over the last few years. She saw Dr. neighbor and he was very nice, seemed knowledgeable and agreed that her delay may be caused by an underlying medical condition. He referred her to an Endocrinologist. After two months of mysteriously disappearing faxes and approximately 20 phone calls from myself and the specialist they have still yet to send over the requested items to get her review started. One time when I came 15 min early, they made me wait about 30 more minutes after my appointment. But when I came 15 minutes late because of traffic, they cancelled my appointment to next month. I waited a month for this appointment and they are making me wait more. I asked nicely, I wanted them to understand my situation, but nope, they don’t care about their patients or respect. They are unprofessional and the doctors are unfriendly, I recommend to NOT get an appointment from K. Fu.
