Tyler, my masseuse, was one of the best people I have ever had work on me. She was professional, kind, and so sweet. Great at her job, too. You can tell when people are just doing a job and when people are passionate about what they’re doing. Tyler is definitely in the latter category. Normally I really don’t like to talk to people who massage me, but she was so delightful and affable that I was the one carrying through on the conversation. Not that this is relevant to being a masseuse, but this is one smart cookie. Beyond that, she went above and beyond to make me feel like Jell-O after my appointment. I've been a ME customer off and on for over tens years, and have used them across multiple states. The Laguna Niguel location is hands down the best, most friendly location I have ever been to. I appreciate the appointment reminders they've recently implemented, to remind me it's been a while since my last appointment.

Most of all, I love Sandra! She is the sweetest, most genuine aesthetician I have found. I appreciate that she listens when answering questions, and tailors my facials to what my current skin needs are.
