First time getting a cut at Joe's! It's the closest barber shop to where I live and by far has the lowest price men's cut in town ($22), likely because it's cash only. I enjoyed the old school equipment and down home feel. I got my cut from Richard, who did a masterful job with both shears and just a bit of clippers. Super nice couple of old fellas in there. Over 30 years in the same location, this is where you should be going and also take your son along with you for a proper barbershop experience. Fair prices too! Currently $22 for an adult and $18 for kids. I go there anytime I'm in town visiting my family.

I was looking for a decent haircut at a reasonable price without a long wait and Joe's fit that bill. My haircut was good (not great) and $22 was pretty reasonable. ( I gave a $5 tip on top of that). Here's the caveat. One thing about an old school barber shop is the conversation. At Joe's, they apparently drank the Trump Kook-Aid. So if you can't tolerate a bunch of far right socio political conversation for 20 minutes or so; skip this place.
