When it became necessary to sell the house in Dana Point we knew we had to call Suraya, who had done a fabulous job for us when we bought it. This was much harder. Now we are divorced, and we live in Arizona, so everything had to be done twice. Every time there was information to share, decisions to be made, or documents to sign- it had to be done twice. I can't say enough good things about Veronica. She helped us with a really difficult and intense process to be able to finally made the dreams of homeownership in OC come true. We were turned down initially on the house we wanted to buy, but of course she didn't let that happen and due to her professionalism and negotiating skills and without having to pay more, we were able to get the house after all. I'm certain that if it wasn't for her we wouldn't have been able to get the house. The way she fought for us from start to finish to get us the best deal possible was impressive. Me and my family 100% recommend Veronica. We will forever be grateful.
