We had an amazing experience working with their sales rep Lyndsey, and our experience was truly beyond A+++ from beginning to end. We ended up purchasing two gorgeous modern motorized Lutron roller shades in two of the new Atelier fabrics for our RadioRA2 system, all with the help of their extremely knowledgeable and professional sales person who (1) totally knows her stuff, (2) gave us completely transparent and fair pricing and A++ service (with various options to fit within our budget - literally the whole experience from beginning to end was easy and flawless), and (3) went way out of her way to make sure the final product looked exceptional (she has a ton of knowledge about different install options, technical details and also design/aesthetic know-how, so all of her technical and design suggestions were spot on). Their install guys likewise were also super knowledgeable and professional; they arrived completely on time (I was hoping for early arrival given my work schedule and they made that happen), and then installed and connected the shades to our existing RadioRA2 system effortlessly, offering lots of free ideas and advice all the while (we were also lucky to have our install completed with help from Bob, a true Lutron guru!). Candlelight works frequently with Mir Audio Video in West L.A. (another great company; we love Ben there) and having worked with both, I can see why; they both know exactly what they are doing, have fair pricing and have exceptional programmers on their teams. I recommend this company highly.

Working with Tom H. and his team was an exciting experience. The motorized Lutron shades we wanted were a significant investment for us, but Tom covered all the details and installations to make us informed buyers, including working with our builder to speck wiring configuration. How your home is wired for shades, matters! Tom kindly showed us many fabric samples and discussed how it would affect our light. Now that I think back, I'm truly grateful for his care and expertise. The candlelight installers took care with our painted walls and worked directly with our builder's foreman. They know what they are doing! Now, when my guests come over, I have them push the button, and everything just works. Thank you!

Kind of shocked to see all the negative reviews on here considering my experience was great. My mom and dad just moved to a new house this past summer with a great canyon view but the sun really beats down into the living room and their bedroom in the afternoons. Heard my mom complain (shocking right?!) a couple of times about always having to adjust the shades a couple of times a day. So I took it upon myself (being the great son that I am) to look into some motorized shades online and that's where I found out about the Lutron Caseta shades that you can set on a timer. Called a couple of vendors in the area but had the easiest time speaking with a Candlelight person over the phone. Set up a time for them to come out and check the place out... and they were on time! They came back when the shades were delivered and helped install everything. The shades look great and everything works as described. My mom loves the timer, while my dad loves the remote. Overall the experience was really painless and we got what we were looking for! Love the shades and would definitely recommend.
