“I hired Andy to do a full remodel of my kitchen/family room in November of 2023. His team demo'd the entire kitchen, family room, and ripped up all the tile flooring in the front living room, took out our fireplace and patched, all in about 3 days. Install went quickly in the beginning but we hit a delay in some kitchen cabinet parts which went on for a couple of weeks and was quite frustrating (that was an issue with the cabinet company, not Flooring America). We started in early November and the home was about 90% completed by Christmas (again the kitchen cabinets held us up). Overall, we love our new kitchen, especially our beautiful slim shaker cabinets and our engineered wood flooring. Even though the kitchen cabinet company caused the most stress for us, it is the thing we love the most about our remodel and we would still choose the same cabinets again without question. We were able to stay just under budget even with the upgrade to the slim shaker cabinets and some additional demo'ing of a media niche and another part of an existing wall that was not in the original plan (Andy's idea). There were a few minor adjustments that needed to be made after the remodel was complete and Andy was great in sending over one of his guys to make all the adjustment. Would highly recommend Andy and his team. Andy was responsive when we reached out with questions and is very fair and kind. We have been in our remodeled kitchen for over six months and are enjoying it so much! Would definitely recommend for any sort of kitchen/home remodel project.“

“My goal was to customize my old closet to suit my current needs. I saw multiple very good reviews online of The Tailored Closet and moved forward. Katelyn, one of the design team, was very amiable and dropped by first. Since I already knew what I envisioned for my new closet, Katelyn followed my lead and documented and sent me a graphic drawing to review and approve. The price quoted was within my budget and a good value after now seeing my lovely closet's outcome. The whole process just took 3 days. On day 1, demolition day, Sergio & Charles called ahead to inform me they were on their way and arrived on time. They were both so very professional, pleasant and kind. My project was on the 2nd floor, accessed by carpeted stairs. To my welcome surprise, they placed non-slip fabric stair covering to keep stair carpet clean. Such a great and novel concept and a real upgrade from plastic and duct tape I have experienced at prior, other projects. Banner beginning :)) Not only did Sergio & Charles complete demo in a very timely fashion, in doing so, not one paint chip occurred! I am so grateful for their careful attention throughout. Day 2 & 3 my predesigned closet was installed by Jairo and Christian. Fili dropped by to assess closet's completion. All were happy, skilled and very professional. They addressed any requests respectfully and followed through flawlessly. Their keen eye for perfection and cosmetic detail were impressive and gratefully embraced.
