Ryan at the Laguna Hills store visited our home and took measurements for carpeting our three bedrooms and closets. He answered all of our questions regarding warranties, pad, etc. He ordered samples for us. Victor and crew did an outstanding job with the installation. Finally, the price was the lowest by far compared to the other companies we researched. My highest recommendation.
Yes I had my carpet installed in 2018 and gave a good review. Dave and the staff were great but in 2021 I had called about the carpet folding in some areas, it probably has to be re stretched again, and when I called I spoke to a young lady about it and she quoted me 300-350 to fix it. I told her that we are only family of 3 in a 2 story home, no animals and we had had new carpet put thru out the home when we purchased it and worked with Dave. Dave was a long time friend of the real estate broker that sold us the house and I have know my broker friend over 30 years and he knew Dave for a while and referred us to Dave. Working with The Finishing Touch once again was an outstanding experience. A few years back, we worked with Donavan to install authentic hardwood flooring on our 1st floor. We always get compliments to this day. The time came recently to re-carpet our 2nd floor so we went back to The Finishing Touch and we couldn't be happier. The quality of the carpet is top notch, the installation was fast and professional. Working with Ryan on this one was great. I can't recommend this company enough and will absolutely use them again in the future. Thanks, Ryan and Donavan.
