If you're interested in fun, friends, an active life style and not becoming a coach potato as you grow older, Ballroom Dancing is what you want to be doing!! I've been going to Sway Ballroom Dance since they opened over 11 years ago and I still learn new technique, dances and steps with every lesson I take. In addition to individual lessons and group classes there are all sorts of activities and outings where you get to use your dancing skills socially. It you can walk and have shoes that stay on your feet you can DANCE!!! So come on down - all of us students would love to meet you.

If you think exercising is a drag and going to the gym is boring, then the place for you is Sway Ballroom Dance. Dancing is great fun and you get your cardio exercise in at the same time! I've been going to Sway since they opened and every time I go I learn something new - a new dance, a new step, a new way to move my body. You will also meet all of the great people there who you will be able to go out dancing with during various activities and dance outings that Sway provides. Every Friday night is a dance party where you get to dance with all of the instructors and the other students. So if you're looking for a social, active life, come on down to Sway.
