Adam fosters an environment that's welcoming and friendly, but that will also push you very hard to become better. The clientele includes everything from people who do it purely for fun and exercise, all the way to legitimate professional fighters. The class schedule caters to these different paths. Great experience here. Instructors are very helpful and pay attention to everyone. They make it fun while also being serious about technique and form. Wish I had more time to spend here. Great place to learn from pros

Alot of hardworking guys in the MMA class. Great school with good vibes and great work ethic. You definetly get more than what you pay for here. Highly recommend any1 looking for a good MMA school to check this place out.
