Horrible experience with this company. Just like the other reviews, they blame everyone else for their mistakes and refuse to make things right. With this type of customer service they are going to end up in court again. Don't do business with these people. Kim Dotter was difficult to work with and dishonest. If you have been wronged by this company don't be afraid to speak up so others don't make the same mistake. They will try to bully you but you do have rights.

This company has been one of the worst companies I have ever had to work with. If you ask for information to understand the projects they get angry and deflect. They don't take any responsibility for their job and they blame everyone else for everything. They are dishonest and difficult to work with. You would expect better from COO Kim Dotter and Owner Chris Newman but unfortunately that's what it is. If I could give zero stars I would. I would stay very far away from this company if I were you. Save yourselves the headache and find a different company to work with. Additionally, they make their contracts very vague so they can easily twist it to their version of events. I found out that the $18,000 contract my HOA signed with them didn't include stakes and caution tape because "its not their job to leave that up for 48 hours and that's for our guys anyway" despite their contract saying we can't have any homeowners step on the work for 48 hours. Total twist of the contract just because they don't want to honor what we paid for. So now we have to buy stakes and caution tape ourselves. Avoid them at all costs! Believe me, they are a dishonest, disgusting contractor.

Did a terrible job of repairing the concrete, took forever to get it done and left tape behind. When I asked them about the tape, they said "oh the homeowner removes it." So they expect you to clean up their mess.
