Lovely people in the pre-and post-op area, very encouraging and professional in every way. I've had this same procedure, with the same surgeon -- Dr. Appa is the VERY BEST! -- at a different location (also fine work there), so I wasn't nervous at all. Kaiser-Permanente made a fine choice to use this off-campus location and personnel.

Wish I could give this guy a 10! I like this guy! And I am generally not considered a people person. My 90 year old mother had an appointment to discuss a medical problem and possible surgery. Dr. Wallace entered the room, super friendly, said he would explain everything and after that answer questions. Well, no need for any questions. Dr. Wallace went over every detail of my moms situation, pictures included, and his advice was no surgery. Neither my mom or I had any questions and left feeling really uplifted. I wish I could have this guy as my doctor!

Dr. Wallace provided me with the most exceptional experience I've ever had from a doctor. I had consulted with another surgeon I was referred to who was with another group previously and it left me feeling uneasy and not confident in the other surgeons recommendations to repair my Ventral Hernias. That's when I sought out Dr. William Wallace who also performed the same procedure on a friend of mine successfully. He is everything you would hope for in the doctor. He's compassionate, professional, courteous, and takes his time to explain Medical jargon so you can truly understand.
