We had a flood in our master bath and bedroom and all of the moving parts to put us back together again were VERY confusing - water remediation, asbestos, testing, demolition, etc. When Alex reached out to us, he was like a breath of fresh air. He patiently explained the process and the various steps, the relationships between our insurance company, a third-party and the companies actually doing the advance work. It was extremely helpful and took a LOT of stress out of the equation. Alex, Joey, and Mike were absolutely amazing through our kitchen reconstruction after we had some flooding, they were so kind and helpful through the process and truly went above and beyond what was expected! Service Master Advanced Restoration is one of the best companies out there. I live in a condo and we had a leak, slab leak and it had been leaking for a long time and finally started flooding which left me with black mold up and down the walls. The associations contractor came out and got started although they struggled to remove cabinets with mold and were not able to get their inspection on time as promised. It appeared they we short handed with Covid and had very new employees that had limited abilities.
