We had a flood in our master bath and bedroom and all of the moving parts to put us back together again were VERY confusing - water remediation, asbestos, testing, demolition, etc. When Alex reached out to us, he was like a breath of fresh air. He patiently explained the process and the various steps, the relationships between our insurance company, a third-party and the companies actually doing the advance work. It was extremely helpful and took a LOT of stress out of the equation. Alex, Joey, and Mike were absolutely amazing through our kitchen reconstruction after we had some flooding, they were so kind and helpful through the process and truly went above and beyond what was expected! Service Master Advanced Restoration is one of the best companies out there. I live in a condo and we had a leak, slab leak and it had been leaking for a long time and finally started flooding which left me with black mold up and down the walls. The associations contractor came out and got started although they struggled to remove cabinets with mold and were not able to get their inspection on time as promised. It appeared they we short handed with Covid and had very new employees that had limited abilities. It was a bit frustrating especially when you want your kitchen back.My insurance started emailing them for the build back quote and they were unable to deliver anything but an incomplete proposal. They kept saying they don't know this and that and I got to the point where I couldn't do this every day for another month or two, so I called Service Master Advanced Restoration.Mathew came out a very nice gentlemen and explained what they can do. Mathew sent out his estimator his name was Bill and he arrived about an hour after we spoke. After 10 days the other company still didn't have a complete proposal and we were frustrated. Within 24 hours Service Master had a proposal that I sent to my adjuster and it was approved in less than two hours...Thank you SM.So we needed a complete pack out and the other company told me to find one...argh. So I can see another delay right away in the works. Here Service Master has their own yard and storage what a blessing this made it super easy. Angela and her crew we terrific on the pack out and we felt very comfortable with them.Service Master completed the demo and then scheduled all of the other contractors. They were really good to work with. I spoke to Dominique and Angel a lot in the office and they were very helpful.So here it is Service Master has experienced staff that know what they are doing. They have their own yard so they take care of all of furniture and everything you move out...a little piece of mind. All the employees were super nice and helpful.
