OMG, this team is totally customer and quality oriented from start to finish!!! My team started with Shariff as my “counselor” helping me to make the right decisions for myself and my budget. There was NEVER any pressure!!! He was followed by my “Concierge”, Nathaniel, who handled my project, schedule and made sure he could take care of any questions I may have. I could not be more impressed by my installation team that was headed by Antonio along with his amazing crew - Christian, Jesus, George, and Julio. The Renewal by Andersen of Orange County crew was phenomenal. We knew we were going to get a top notch product buying their doors and windows and it was reassuring knowing we were working with professionals throughout the whole process. Our doors and windows were finished being installed today and we absolutely love them. Thank you to all involved in giving our home some curb appeal. We would definitely recommend Renewal by Andersen of Orange County moving forward.
The crew was not only efficient but very courteous. I’ve had work done here before these guys were bar none the best. Had 2 sliders and a window installed …. Very satisfied with the outcome. They really represented the company well. Will definitely use them in the future
