I was so impressed by Dr. Rosete, that I switched vets for all 3 of our dogs. Dr. Rosete is by far the most competent, caring, honest vet we have ever been to. I've referred friends and neighbors who tell me that they are also very satisfied. Both Dr. Ernesto Rosete and his daughter, Dr. Christine Rosete, genuinely care about the well being of our pets first and are fair about pricing. General info:
Appointment costs are reasonable if not a bit cheaper than surrounding clinics, which is great.
The clinic is busy, but they're always able to get you in for a sudden appointment if necessary, which I'm grateful for at times when my pets had concerning health issues arise. They always try to accommodate you. There are many vets at the clinic (I've met with at least 4-5), so you'll likely visit different vets each time unless your pet has a health issue, which means you'll see the same vet until it's resolved.
Everyone is friendly and lovely and you don't feel rushed when you have an appointment. *Note: We are the voice for our pets health, so still, make sure you ask all the questions and do whatever you need for your pet, including following up on results for tests, etc.
Because all these vets come from different backgrounds, at this clinic, I've experienced different consultations: vets with firm beliefs and who make immediate diagnoses and vets who advocate doing your own research (which i appreciate) and who consider any and all options before confirming anything. My experiences with most of the vets have been pleasant, but these differences naturally have us inclined toward favoring some vets at the practice more than others.

Personal story:
First, it was an annual exam, then it was my calico's unfortunate diagnosis of chronic kidney disease. Later, my tuxedo kitty was suffering from her mouth and because they didn't have any immediate dental care openings, they insisted upon her being checked by a dental specialist at a specialist clinic and we found she had terminal cancer. I'm grateful they did not make us wait. Her loss hurts us still to this day, but this clinic was very sweet in sending a card with their condolences.

Dr. E:
My calico got pancreatitis soon after that ordeal and she was seen by Dr. E, who is kind, very informative, and dare I say, our favorite vet at the practice. My calico was sent to an internal medicine doctor for specialist care, but despite this and some continued struggles, Dr. E was always thinking of ways to help when we needed it and always patiently answering and clarifying our many, many questions. Since working with Dr. E on maintainance care, our calico has gained weight and is doing very well, even when her chronic kidney disease has slightly progressed. What really helped her get out of lasting pancreatitis symptoms by the end was B12 injections Dr. E prescribed. Due to our many positive experiences with her, we continue to ask for Dr. E and highly recommend her.

In conclusion:
We've gone to this clinic so many times in the course of a year, and every time, the receptionists, vet techs, and vets have been wonderful to our cats and the prices of anything and everything have been fairly decent (highly recommend pet insurance with senior pets though). I would recommend this place for your pet's medical care, especially with Dr. E. and Dr. Roberts.

“i found katie through a local community group when i was looking for a pet groomer to make a house call to trim the nails of my sweet pup. when i met her, i was surprised to see how comfortable my dog felt with her right off the bat. she went up to katie with no hesitation and had a little bit of a tail wag. katie gave her some pets and they were off to the van for the nail trim! when they were back, ginger didn't seem stressed out at all and i could tell that katie made the effort to make her feel comfortable before trimming her nails. im so grateful to have found katie and i look forward to her coming back to trim gingers nails on the future!“

“My dog has been going to the Zuri for boarding for about 5 years. I appreciate all the staff and how well they care for my dog. I always get her bathed before I pick her up and the groomers do a fantastic job. The groomers always give her a new bandana, man tie or a bow tie. I love that while I am on vacation enjoying myself, my dog is also hanging out with other dogs and enjoying herself. She always comes home tired. I also love that while I am away I can look at my dog enjoying herself on the Zuri live feed cameras. I also take advantage of the vaccination clinic that the Zuri has at their location once a month. I only have wonderful things to say about The Zuri. The report cards they send with her pictures always make me smile while I am away from home. “So, after looking for a cat groomer, which is trying to find a needle in the haystack in South OC, I found this business on google. After reading the first Yelp review under this business, I was extremely hesitant on contacting the owner, Ash. My cat was matted and was overdue getting a lion cut. This groomer did so have experience in providing such services for grooming cats, so I took the chance. Again, it's very difficult finding someone who grooms cats. Yesterday was the day, my 17 year old Ragdoll cat had her appointment. The owner notified me on his timing, as he was 30 minutes late to service my cat appointment. It took 30-45 minutes to give my cat a lions cut. When I got her back, he did point out a slight scratch he caused her. As I examined her, it didn't look bad, but felt that he rushed the appointment. Cat grooming isn't cheap, therefore, I paid a hefty amount, and I felt that it was worth it. My cat was heavily matted, and she felt better afterwards. The owner was as careful as possible with her, but again it felt rushed. He did an okay job. Overall, I'd think twice about using this groomer again, for cat grooming. But in my area, there wasn't any options available. So, my reasons for the 3 and 1/2 stars is that he was extremely late, which he did notify me on, and for the slight Nick on my cat, and for rushing the appointment. I hope this review makes sense. “Great attention to detail with my 2 dogs and very caring. I have an older small dog that is angry all the time. The staff handled him with confidence and no problem. Nails cut and washed.“
