After dealing with chronic lower back pain for the past 3 years, I had tried nearly everything: acupuncture, physical therapy, OTC pain meds and prescription meds, chiropractic, but nothing helped. All I could do was lie down to ease the pain and everyday activities were difficult for me. I would highly recommend Orange County Disc Associates! Dr Campbell and the entire staff are amazing! My experience was great ~ I am so thankful to have found an option that was non-surgical and not a painful treatment. I noticed really quickly an improvement ~ now at the end of my treatment ~ full range of motion ... no issues w my back! I am able to resume full activity : running, barre and pickleball!
