The X-ray technician and Medical Assistant Leo is absolutely the best! I went in to get my blood drawn and he was the person doing the drawing, he helped me the entire way through with encouraging words. I was also here a couple weeks ago with covid and he was assisting me as well. That also went really smoothly and he reassured me during my worries and made sure i was comfortable and getting the services i needed. 5/5 stars for Leo!!
My daughter was mis-diagnosed at other urget care, I took her to Nellie Gail Urget care and doctor Sapana diagnosed she had penumonia and prescribed right medications. She felt better in a couple of days. I only go Nellie Gail Urgent care in case of emergency
I came in today feeling terrible and I just want to say I was extremely happy with how the women in the front and the young gentleman in the front took care of me. The place was super busy and they still were able to make sure the patients were being taken care of. Thank you to the staff remembers for being so professional and caring.
