I have lost weight several times before. Like others, being isolated for two years caused me to be depressed. When this happens, my metabolism stops. So, I went back to Lindora to get a handle on my weight. However, this time the program had changed. So had the products. I found the program to be more complex and harder. The team at Lindora in Laguna Woods is fantastic! They provide individual and very personal attention. The weight loss program along with health monitoring is fantastic. I lost 31.8 inches, 57 pounds, dropped my body fat from 40% to 18.3%, AND my cardiologist took me OFF my high blood pressure medication! All thanks to the Lindora program and the team guiding me through the process, step by step. My food choices have been changed for the rest of my life. Because of my obvious success...4 people have signed up and all of them are on a loosing streak! I highly recommend the Lindora program and especially the team at the Laguna Woods!

Just wanted to give a huge shout out to Linda who is the manager at Lindora. She is always so helpful and knowledgeable with the program. I'am at my desired weight because of her. Before I lost my weight she would keep telling me not to get discouraged and offered other meal plans that could possibly help me, eventually I lost the weight and I couldn't be happier with my results. I also want to thank her amazing staff for all of their help. I' am now on maintenance and I will continue with another program after this one ends. I'm a Lindora lifer. Again many thanks to Linda and her amazing staff!!!
