McShane was so detailed and patient in explaining on the processes he used to find out where the leak is detected. Very personable and have great customer service. Punctual and very knowledgeable. Listened to all my questions and answered all with terms I can understand.
Highly recommend! I replaced an A/C unit plus a hydronic heating system with a combo Heating and Cooling Heat Pump, and I couldn't be happier. I'm glad I went with Just Right Services. Mitch provided several options from repairs to partial replacement to full replacement. He didn't push for any of the options, and that made me comfortable to go with the full replacement. The installation went very well. Furthermore, Just Right was very helpful with the HERS report and preparing for the city inspection. This company is outstanding. They installed a new heat pump last week and came back today to do a routine maintenance on the air handler. The service rep, Zachary is over the top with regards to customer service knowledge courtesy etc. Actually he gets an extra star cuz he laughed at my jokes.
