Wow! Bob is fast, reliable, neat, tidy, expert, and a pleasure to work with! I am very particular and need everything to be perfect. Yes, I am "that lady." He has such an easy affable style. Needed a balcony reinforced due to termite damage. Bob gave me a verbal quote and was at our home on time and did a fabulous job reinforcing and painting our balcony. Next on the list was a ceiling fan in our gazebo/patio. We bought the fan and Bob timely as ever installed...unfortunately the sensor/remote we not talking to each other. Bob asked me to contact the manufacturer while he continued to trouble shoot the fan. Manufacturer sent a new sensor / remote and today Bob completed the job perfectly.
