After getting quotes from several companies that were on the upcharge train, Sean's Eclipse proved to be the most honest and straightforward company to install a new water heater. I could tell right away that Sean was a straight shooter who only had one thing in mind: great customer service. He explained everything and didn't talk down to me about not knowing the newest codes, like another company did. Fair, fast and attention to detail is what I got. Eclipse appliance installers came and installed our wall oven and cooktop today. We are incredibly pleased with the quality and service. Doug and AJ were punctual and professional and did a spectacular job. We highly recommend this company.
We needed 2-column refrigerator and freezer moved out for Repipe and then moved back in. Complicated process. Doug and AJ worked on both jobs. They were on time, worked diligently, and the reinstall looks better than it did before we started. Highly recommend using Eclipse. Convenient text communication for scheduling as well.
