I had a great experience with the Digestive Disease Center. I have read comments here and have to question any negative comments especially given the way they are written. First, following the instructions your doctor gave you is a patient's responsibility. Second, confirming your insurance company benefits with the front office is a patient's responsibility as well. Third, communicating with the front office about post-op pick up and care is something I would think a patient would initiate and yet they were clearly communicated with me without issue. The lobby and office are just fine, the front receptionist was extremely nice and thorough, the wait was minimal, and the staff in the back were completely on point, friendly, professional and very experienced. Dr. Rahimi was the best doctor I could have asked for. I would highly recommend this office.

I had a very pleasant colonoscopy experience with Dr Sy and office staff who made me feel very welcome, and at ease. The procedure was done quickly and office staff called me the next day to check on how I was doing. I highly recommend Dr Sy and his staffs.

Great service. The nurses including Donna, were so supportive, caring, and listened to my concerns. I'm a hard draw and sometimes my concerns are brushed off. Not here! Not only did they listen, but were able to find a vein the first time. Dr. Catherine Ngo also took the time to listen to my concerns on the procedure and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. I highly recommend this place!
