Well, for one thing I really like the way you run your company, taking notes about the problem at hand when taking my call or answering your questions about the problem, texting about the time the person who’s going to do the work and then the knowledge about solving the problem and advising one thing versus the other to make it cheaper for my budget, and then repairing it the same day and many thanks to Amen who came to do the job, very nice man. It was pricey but I thing it was worth it.
Amen to Amen! He showed up on time. Gave me a quick estimate Explained the problem and possible solutions. He was able to repair a rotting cast iron flange for the original least expensive option. I highly recommend!
