Advanced Painting & Wood Repair just finished a major wood and paint makeover on our townhouse complex. Our HOA community couldn't be more thrilled with the quality of their work and finished product. Jake, Yovani, and the team at Advanced were a pleasure to work with. We found them to be one of the hardest working crews we've seen in a long time. They were also very fair and honest. Their construction/carpentry knowledge, attention to detail, flexibility, thoroughness, and professionalism were impressive, especially when unexpected hiccups and changes came up along the way. Advanced Painting (AP) did an outstanding job painting our 182-unit HOA, South Coast Shores in Santa Ana. I was the Board liaison to AP on a fairly complicated, 'resident's choice' paint layout and worked closely with Jake Williams (the AP production manager) and Omar (our onsite English-speaking crew foreman) during the 1.4-year job process. Both guys were very responsive to any questions, issues or unexpected problems that arose, and were immediately on top of any remediation needed.
