They are very nice and they remember your name if your a continuous client. However this is the 3rd time my clothes have come back reeking of BO! Without knowing I put my clothes in my closet so now my entire closet and other clothes are starting to smell like BO!! It’s Disgusting, After doing proper research on the Internet I realize this means they are not professionally dry cleaning my clothes they’re just throwing them in a dry cleaning machine which is not how you dry clean clothes professionally. Unfortunately after this event they have lost my business for good. Still in search a great dry cleaner in LB

My wife and I moved to Laguna Beach from Portland and were in need of a good dry cleaner now that Covid restrictions are loosening and we’re required to be back in the office. Tried several cleaners in Laguna Beach and was impressed by the fast, friendly, courteous service by the staff here. Dry cleaning was done well and so was the alterations. They have a tailor that comes in on Thursday’s. Convenient parking or just drive up to their front door and they will come to your car window for service.

I think the previous negative comments were based on previous ownership as I have never experienced anything negative about this place. My wife and I moved from Portland and we're in need of a good dry cleaner now that Covid restrictions are loosening and we're required to be back in the office. Tried several cleaners in Laguna Beach as we are residents here and was impressed by the fast, friendly, courteous service of Snyder's. Dry cleaning was done well and priced fairly. Convenient parking or just drive up to their front door and they will come to your car window for service.
