The office staff has changed a bit over the years. They have greatly improved on communication and staying on top of things, which is great. Anytime I send a request through the portal, they answer within the same day. The wait times can be long when calling, so the portal seems like the most efficient way to book, address concerns, and make changes. Connie has been fantastic as my primary go-to. Overall, they are always sweet and take time to listen to your concerns and needs in order to address them properly. I also love the art and seeing a bit of Laguna's history. One of the rooms is actually so comical.. it makes for some funny entertainment while you wait.

I can not say enough to describe how much The Doctor Connie Bouvier has done to improve the quality of my health and life, I would also like to add that Gast on whos works as a Medical Assistant / front desk is so kind and efficient. Gaston will go out of his way to make sure that everything runs smooth with your appointment .The whole practice is overall great however CONNIE makes a huge effort and changes peoples life!!!! Thank you so much !!!!!

I really love the care and attention for this place. Alyssa has been extremely helpful via zoom for my daughter and myself. The first appointment I had there was with Sanguedolce who went over all of my tests slowly and explained everything clearly which was a weight off my shoulders. He made me feel heard and cared for. Anyone who says different of this doctor is a liar since I experienced excellent care from him Amazing staff and facility.
