Cryo is completely new to me. My first foot into it was with Danielle at Cryo Haus. She is great! High energy, very helpful in explaining what it is and the benefits. She goes all out to make sure you are comfortable with either the Cryo slimming, or the Cryo Chamber (which was also pretty cool). I am older and do have claustrophobia, but neither treatment bother me. The chamber was quite invigorating. The two together make for a great treatment day.

The anti-aging facial is wonderful. I highly recommend treating yourself here. This is an amazing self care spot. Danielle was very informative while also providing a relaxing space. Definitely will be back.
