I would like to say how happy I am to have Dr Smitha Sathyaprakash as my doctor. She is professional, knowledgeable, and cares deeply about the well-being of her patients.
Their staff is terrible and their doctor sobrall and Connie are good but this supervisor Tina lady calls me when I write a Yelp review and pretending that she cares about what her clients think so I tell her that Connie and Dr sobral are both really good and it's her staff and I'm seeing online they have a lot of bad reviews about the staff and I explained the whole story to her and the way she was talking to me Heather the receptionist on the phone and she says well I think everybody is going to go ahead and write their negative reviews online and they're not necessarily true and staff is going to have their personality conflicts and I told her I saw 20 doctors within 4 weeks and I'm pretty good at looking at Yelp reviews to determine who's good or not before I go and hardly anybody has as many bad reviews as you and I think you should try to fix that. She said well maybe you aren't a good fit for our practice and I said I never said that I'm fine having phone conversation with Dr sobral and Connie like I've been doing but I will not step foot in that office with Heather like that and I said I don't think you ought to call people and pretend that you care about what they think and sit here and make excuses for yourselves and not consider the reviews right in front of you and maybe you're the reason why this office has so many bad reviews because you're ignoring the people and you're pretending to call us and say you care about what we think and just try to get rid of them as a client and threatened to write a response to my review I don't care about your ridiculous response I'm looking at all the people's opinions. And all she wants to do is start bragging about how many years she's been working there and blah blah blah well look at your reviews hello. Then she threatened she's going to take this information to her Chief of staff to determine if I should continue to be there blah blah so fine I'm going to tell Connie and Dr sobral what you been doing so they can decide if they want to stay with you too because you're over here pretending all the time you sound so nice in the beginning of the conversation as if you really care about what we think and you don't. I explained that woman Heather was yelling at me so bad everybody in the office could hear it and I have not even met her before and ask her a simple question and to tell me what the doctor just got done telling her and she refused to tell me over and over and over. So Tina office manager read my review and decide to call me so you saw the details I'm telling you I don't want to step foot in there. She initially agreed that Heather seems pretty inappropriate but then she turned it on me and she acted disrespectful talking over me. I have a master's degree in management and marketing communications degree and administrative assistant degree I told her and I deserve more respect do not call me pretending that you care what people think and you're going to talk over me and disrespect me. I suggest you start recording Tina's phone calls but she is overpowering and she thinks she's doing just fine just like her office staff...so oh well I find a different doctor no big deal... Or I see Connie and Dr sobral by phone only and when Heather isn't working if I need to go in. Continue pretending reviews don't matter ok. Plus they always take 2 weeks to submit your refills to the pharmacy and the pharmacy putting in multiple requests to them and they want to send us all an email saying we have to pay extra because all the doctors are taking so long to submit things but we're going to offer some concierge service that's a bunch of baloney no other doctor takes more than half an hour ..bunch of lies as if we never been to a doctor before. Tina's 2 faced is the problem. Staff reviews say cliques and favoritism among staff arnd bad work environment
