She mentioned that my wife was quite good at doing my hair, which I found reassuring. She also wanted to pay special attention to how my wife had shaped my hair and beard. She is an expert at trimming and shaping beards by the way. I have had no idea what the current pricing is at barbershops these days but I was prepared mentally for just about anything. The total came to $56 which included a 20% tip. This seemed reasonable to me, especially considering the specialized care I received.

Just had my first haircut at Boat Canyon Barbers today. Angie, the barber, was not only skilled but incredibly friendly. She delivered an excellent haircut and I'm very happy with the result. The barbershop's location on PCH in Laguna Beach is convenient and the atmosphere is wonderfully relaxed.

All the stylists here are really great, but I wanted to leave a special review for Angie. She did such a wonderful job and she is beyond sweet. Highly recommend making an appointment with her!
