I have 20 years of experience going here for me and my children. Both Doc Harrison and now the daughter who runs the clinic have always been over priced ( welcome to island Laguna) . You should know that they try everything they can to not send your Rx to any of the online contact and glasses companies that can serve you for a fraction of the cost Harrison wants you to pay for her to order from the same manufactures. If you go in for a an update on an Rx you will pay for a full exam ( color blindness ?). But on top of it they are rude. My daughter just had to go in for an exam, Harrison did not realize that she had her contacts in for the exam and the exam had to be done over ( while scolding my daughter). How incompetent are you as an optometrist if you can not immediately tell if your patient has contacts in ? They don't care - they don't have to - they have been in town so long that people put up with this based on habit. Over the years I have watched them bounce my Rx from eye to eye in the smallest increment available , some visits stronger , some weaker. I am not stupid they want to sell me new contacts. The clincher is when you leave they want to lecture you (upsell) on all the other services they make money on Lasik, correct surgery. It is not even subtle. Maybe Lasik is appropriate for me, but not my 17 year old daughter. I am looking for a competent eye doctor outside of town that at least pretends to care about quality of service. Suggestions ?

So kind and lovely, with great and personal service. I have been to many places but the quality of the attention I received here was outstanding. A real community gem. Highly recommended!
