I have been seeing James for a little over a year now - first on a weekly basis and more recently every two weeks. While I had never heard of Rolfing before meeting James, I am now a convert or at least a James disciple.When my husband recommended James, I didn't know what to expect. James is such a light in this world! Several years ago I had chronic neck pain and migraines after the birth of my son. I went to chiropractors, acupuncturist and MDs who were not able to help me. I was connected to James through a family member and did the 10 sessions with him. It’s about 5 years later and my neck pain and migraines have not returned. I highly recommend James for any type of body work or healing you may need. In addition to being a wealth of knowledge, he is just an amazing human and wonderful presence.
