Owner was very friendly and attentive on arrival asking very thoughtful and considerate questions all in effort to increase the quality and comfort of your pet while receiving care. It's Really good to see a pet groomer that is so passionate about their profession, genuinely wanting to get to know ur pet on a more personal level even if it's just to provide a little extra emotional support thru their bath lol. Also don't forget to say hello to mushi the support cat I promise you will adore him and your pets will too.
Hercules loves Melissa. And she was very patient with his puppy years and now with his teenage years. I like she has a strict drop off and pickup policy to help dogs from getting anxious.
