The best experience I could possibly have, and hugely because of Ms. Parandis Banifatemi. From the beginning until the very end, she was warm, thoughtful, very responsive and patient for helping my siblings and I find the perfect resting place, marker for our family member. She was the reason we decided to go with Oakmont Cemetery after visiting other places as we felt well taken care of and heard from the beginning. My wife and I truly enjoyed working with Parandis Banifatemi at Oakmont Memorial Park. We had issues with a former employer that was not responding to my emails or texts, and not processing my parents' gravesite marker in a timely manner. Once Parandis took over, everything changed.
Parandis was incredibly kind, patient and responded very diligently to all my emails. With the help of Parandis, my parents' maker was finally installed. She took a picture of the marker for us.
